Group counseling provides a safe place where individuals can openly express thoughts and feelings, seeking support from others and gaining valuable insight into their challenges. Each group comprises 4-8 students, facilitated by 1-2 counselors.

- Rethinking Relationships' aims to enhance individuals' relationships by gaining insights into our own behaviors, receiving support and suggestions from others, and learning interpersonal relationship techniques. Relationships serve as mirrors reflecting our values, hopes, and even fears. This group counseling offers a unique opportunity for you to openly discuss relationship issues that you may have been keeping to yourself, in the company of supportive peers.
- JoMO: Joy of Missing Out’ aims to develop an educational and practical understanding of anxiety regulation and accepting the feelings of anxiety. Anxiety isn’t necessarily bad; it alert us, helps us avoid crucial risks, and motivates us to pursue future goals. However when anxiety interferes with daily activities and becomes difficult to control, it is important to seek help early. Some common topic could vary form college life such as academics, career planning, adaptation to campus life and more.
